Founded in 2016 in Dubai with a headquarter in Bay Square, Burj Khalifa District, United Arab Emirates. Under the trade name of VEDRA Interior Decoration LLC, which provided professional Design & Build services to the emirates with a diverse portfolio of corporate offices, health care, retail, restaurants, leisure, and entertainment.

In 2022 VEDRA's VEDRA Interior Decoration LLC has been rebranded completely with a change of its structure to VDS (VEDRA Design Studio) led to the relocation of its office from Dubai to RAK, UAE. Under a new trade name, VEDRA FZ-LLC.
